Our approach

Our interventions help teams create psychologically safe optimal learning environments that are developmental for each team member and the team as a whole.

The principle underpinning our approach is founded on nature’s evolutionary catalyst: disruption. This facilitates the realisation of our human potential to evolve and leads to breakthroughs in thinking and being together.

Disruption, by design, requires stepping out of the familiar into uncertainty and ambiguity. Psychological safety is the necessary condition to enable this. When we feel safe, we are more able challenge existing structures, norms and paradigms, adapt to change, learn quickly, experiment, fail intelligently and expand our thinking through shared meaning-making, discovery, and transformation.

The interpersonal process behind optimal learning is generative dialogue. Founded on inquiry-based conversation - the smallest unit of change - new norms around openness, sharing and connection can evolve and, in service of collective resilience and thriving, lift collaboration to an entirely new level.

Psychological Safety Intact Team Assessment and Debrief

A transformational systemic intervention using the Fearless Organisation Scan.

This provides a baseline measurement against the global benchmark as established by Amy Edmondson, Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at the Harvard Business School. It reveals actionable insights into how to increase psychological safety and leads to further interventions.

The Leaders Toolkit

A highly experiential half day session for leaders and managers which introduces signature practices to strengthen and sustain psychological safety.

Vertical Development Team Profiling

We use an extensively researched and globally established Adult Development framework which taps directly into the process that lies at the heart of human change and accelerates the expansion in thinking capability and consciousness. Each member in the team is profiled and the team’s potential and developmental trajectory as a whole is highlighted.

Generative Dialogue

A series of immersive experiential sessions to cultivate the skills of inquiry and deep listening which lie at the heart of transformation.
